- How is this cheaper than self-storage?
- You only pay for the boxes you actually store — not for an empty locker. A typical self-storage unit runs $20–$50+ per month even if it is half empty. With Endless Storage, ten boxes is $99.90 a month at the monthly rate, all-in, with pickup, delivery, and insurance included. Prepay for 12 months and the same ten boxes drops to $59.90 a month.
- How do the prepay tiers work?
- Pay for 3, 6, or 12 months up front and lock in a lower per-box rate. Same service, same flexibility — you can still add or return boxes anytime, and unused prorated time is refundable. The longer the term, the lower the per-box-per-month price.
- What is included in the price?
- Storage in our climate-controlled facility, $100 of insurance coverage per box, free round-trip shipping on standard boxes (under 50 lbs and smaller than 16"x16"x16"), and on-demand access through your online account.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No setup fees, no minimum commitments, no rate hikes mid-term. The tier price is the price. Sales tax may apply based on your state.
- What if I want to cancel?
- Cancel any time with no fee. On monthly, you simply stop renewing. On prepay tiers, we prorate and refund the unused months. We ship your boxes back to you and you are done.
- What if I have more than one box?
- Each box is priced at the tier you select. Monthly rate of $9.99/box × 5 boxes = $49.95/month. Same five boxes on the 12-month prepay drops to $5.99/box × 5 = $29.95/month. You only pay for what you actually use.
