Climate-controlled storage and insurance are included; we collect from your door for a one-time cost quoted to your address (estimated around $28.57 a box — your quote is priced to your ZIP before you pay).

- How is this cheaper than self-storage?
- You only pay for the boxes you actually store — not for an empty locker. A typical self-storage unit runs $20–$50+ per month even if it is half empty. With Endless Storage, ten boxes is $29.90 a month at the monthly rate, or $9.90 a month on the 12-month plan. Collection is a separate one-time cost, quoted to your address, so compare the two over a full year rather than month to month.
- How do the prepay tiers work?
- Pay for 3, 6, or 12 months up front and lock in a lower per-box rate. Same service, same flexibility — you can still add or return boxes anytime, and unused prorated time is refundable. The longer the term, the lower the per-box-per-month price.
- What is included in the price?
- Storage in our climate-controlled facility, $100 of insurance coverage per box, the packing kit, and on-demand access through your online account. Collection is priced separately and shown before you pay; a return is quoted when you request the box back.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No setup fees, no minimum commitments, no rate hikes mid-term. The tier price is the storage price, and collection is quoted up front rather than added later. Sales tax may apply based on your state.
- What if I want to cancel?
- Cancel any time with no fee. On monthly, you simply stop renewing. On prepay tiers, we prorate and refund the unused months. We ship your boxes back to you and you are done.
- What if I have more than one box?
- Each box is priced at the tier you select. Monthly rate of $2.99/box × 5 boxes = $14.95/month. Same five boxes on the 12-month plan drops to $0.99/box × 5 = $4.95/month. You only pay for what you actually use.
